Green Masala Seekh Kebabs
Ingredients:
Beef mince
½ kg
Egg

Onions

Green chillies
Fresh coriander
6
½ bunch
Raw papaya paste
1 tsp
Cumin seeds
1 tsp
Coriander seeds
1 tsp
1 tsp
Black peppercorns Ginger/garlic paste
2 tsp
Salt
to taste
Method:
Grind all ingredients together in a chopper.
Shape into long kebabs; freeze.
Defrost ½ hour before cooking.
