These cookies are smooth, thick, bricks of chocolate chunks and buttery dough baked right into a heavy, milk-loving cookie this is my maximum preferred chocolate chip cookie of all time.

Ingredients
Flour 2 + ¼ cup
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Butter, melted 3/4 cup
Brown sugar 1 cup
Castor sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon
1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk
Semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 160 Degrees C.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- Stir butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add in egg and egg yolk and vanilla extract to butter and sugar mixture, and stir to combine.
- Add in chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.
- Refrigerate dough for 45 minutes.
- Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- With the help of Scoop or hand, roll cookie dough into small balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Best Chocolate Chip Cookies are ready.
