Making Smoothies is its own fun. When I come home from work, my wife lovingly prepares Banana smoothie oats for me, which makes my mind healthy. So you also must try One time it's very yummy 😋 and very very tasty 🙂
Banana Smoothie / Banana Oats Smoothie
Ingredients Required__________
3 medium sized riped bananas
1 cup skim milk
1 pinch of ground ground nutmeg
1 cup ice cube
1/4 cup oats
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions to Prepare

Chop up bananas.
Place all Ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until everything is smooth.
Pour this Banana Smoothie in to long glasses and have it immediately or chilled.
