 Ingredients



 Four potatoes
 Basin two cups
 Cauliflower a number
 Egg a number
 (Four green chillies) chopped
 (Six green chillies) Take out the seeds
 Six to eight spinach leaves
 (Mint half a lump (chopped)
 (Green coriander half a bale (chopped)
 A teaspoon of baking powder
 A teaspoon of mustard seeds
 A tablespoon of red pepper powder
 One tablespoon of yogurt
 Oil as needed
 Salt to taste
 : To fill green peppers
 A teaspoon of fennel
 One tablespoon of mustard seeds
 A tablespoon of white cumin
 A tablespoon of coriander
 Tamarind juice as required

 Synthesis
 Boil the potatoes and cut into slices.
 In a bowl, add basin, egg, red chilli powder, mustard seeds, chopped green chillies, mint, coriander, salt, baking powder and yogurt.
 Then add a little water and mix well until the mixture thickens.
 Then dip potato slices, cabbage and spinach leaves in this mixture and deep fry.
 To fill with green chillies: Fry fennel, mustard seeds, white cumin and coriander together in a pan.
 And mix well with tamarind juice.
 Fill the green chillies with this mixture and dip them in the basin mixture and deep fry.
 Serve hot with fried vegetable dumplings.
