An apple pie is a pie wherein the major filling factor is apples. The earliest revealed recipe is from England. Apple pie is frequently served with whipped cream, ice cream ("apple pie à l. a. mode"), or cheddar cheese.[3] It is typically double-crusted, with pastry each above and underneath the filling; the higher crust can be strong or latticed (woven of crosswise strips). The backside crust can be baked separately ("blind") to save you it from getting soggy. Deep-dish apple pie frequently has a pinnacle crust only. Tarte Tatin is baked with the crust on pinnacle, however served with it at the backside.
Ingredients :
2 apples
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon cinnamon
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup mini Nilla wafers
Recipe :
Dice apples.
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
