Ingredients:
- 1 pound cooked roast beef, sliced thin
- 4-6 hoagie rolls or sub rolls
- 4-6 slices of provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Slice hoagie rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
Layer the roast beef, onions, and green peppers on one side of each roll.
Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of the vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top each sandwich with the other half of the hoagie roll.
Spread a thin layer of butter over the top of each sandwich.
