A zebra Gaint cake is perfect for any animal lover. Adorned in zebra print both on the frosting and inside the cake, it's a wildly fun way to celebrate any occasion
Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix with the ingredients called for on the box.
3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
4. Divide the cake batter in half, and add the melted white chocolate and coconut oil to one half of the batter. Stir until combined.
5. In another mixing bowl, mix together the whipped cream and marshmallow fluff.
6. Using a large cookie scoop or spoon, drop dollops of cake batter, alternating between the regular batter and the chocolate batter, into a greased 9-inch (23 cm) cake pan or skillet.
7. Bake the cake for 20-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 with the remaining cake batter in a separate pan or skillet.
9. Once cooled, stack the two cakes on top of each other, and spread the whipped cream and marshmallow fluff mixture in between the layers.
10. Optional: top the cake with additional whipped cream, marshmallow fluff or chocolate chips.
